All Cretekala products are shipped via reputed transport agencies.
Estimated delivery time frame is around 3-5 working days (some extensions due to some circumstances delivers within 4-7 working days) 
Transport agency do not provide specific delivery times however they will deliver within 3-5 working days.

Our team would communicate to the respected supervisor regarding the dispatch of the product in advance so that necessary arrangements can be made by him. If you have any shipping concerns, please email sales@cretekala.com.

Cretekala does not offer returns in the case of change of heart, if the product has been installed, if the colour of the product/quality of the product is not agreeable (after sample approval).
It is important to view colour samples prior to your purchase to ensure you are happy with the concrete colours & finish. Cretekala’s Concrete is a natural material and has some pinholes, colour variation, and is close to the sample colours but never perfect.  Colours portrayed in photographs of cretekala products can often be different to the colour delivered. Cretekala does not offer returns for this scenario.

Once a Cretekala product is installed, the capacity to return/refund the item becomes void. All product complications or issues must be addressed pre installation.

Cretekala Concrete products are comprised of a natural material. Each piece has a visual patina, colour variation, pin-holing (surface holes) and surface variation. These characteristics have no bearing on the structural integrity of the concrete piece. Cretekala colours, feel, and aesthetic can look different in photos and it is suggested to purchase sample pieces prior to manufacture to ensure you are comfortable with your product.

If a wrong product was delivered and a return is required, please email us at sales@cretekala.com with an attached copy of your invoice and photograph of the package and we will promptly replace the item, and then book a transport of the existing item within 3 working days.

In the event a refund is approved, Cretekala will request your bank information, copy of invoice and reimburse the funds. Please note in the event of damaged product resulted by Cretekala Concrete, Cretekala reserves the right to service the product or replacing the product for an equal part.
